The Assembly was held together with the partners and members of the Board of Directors, at Cochabamba Training Centre.
The following are the main conclusions of the Assembly:
- Participation of young people from Alternative Care in the Assembly.
- SOS Children's Villages Bolivia joins and adapts to the great changes of the Federation of SOS Children's Villages International.
- The organization has the financial challenge of self-sustainability, as there will be a reduction in funding in the next three years.
- SOS Children's Villages Bolivia reached 15,957 children, adolescents and young people, and 4,285 participating families during the year.
- An external audit report reflects good management and implementation of funds.
- The organisation developed its National Strategy 2024-2028 and transformed its eight programmes into nine standard Results Based Management projects, setting the course for change.
- The organisation embraces child and youth safeguarding as part of its organisational identity.
